Oak Park for Housing Opportunity (OP4HO) is an initiative of Diversity Oak Park (DivOP), a multiracial coalition of Oak Parkers that have been fighting for racial equity in Oak Park since the 1960s. The OP4HO initiative is working to keep Oak Park the integrated and racially diverse community we know and love. Our platform is based on the housing solutions outlined in the 2023 Oak Park commissioned report by the Metropolitan Mayors Caucus (MMC). We hope you'll join us in urging the Board of Trustees and Village admin to create a comprehensive plan that includes goals and measurable outcomes to track progress towards ensuring Oak Park remains a place of housing opportunity.
